Picked up some ankle weights cheap today. Used them in training. Ha, you really clop around it them to start. They helped keep my feet on the ground during sat up crunches. Did slow careful stylised kicks on the bags so as not to strain my knees. Took them off and those kick went high and easy afterwards. Felt real light when I took them off. Ankle weights for bodybuilding 10 out of 10.
Most of us would like to be leaner and become stronger or just plain want to have bigger muscles all round. I got back into weight train after a lot of years off with one purpose to negate the effects of getting older.
