Real sore calfs tonight. Instead of doing your calfs in sets try 1 set of 75 reps. Only stop when the burn get real bad and only rest until it goes off a little and start again. Keep the weight the same until you only find you are not stopping 3 or 4 times. Its a real blast! Swearing like a TV chef helps a lot.
