Just back from a week in Portugal. Swimming twice a day helped loose some fat on my tummy area. No access to weights or gym at all. That was a bit strange to have a forced layoff pretty sure it would be real hard to train in that level of heat. but feel like I want to give it a real blast now I am back. Thinking a general 'bits of all sorts' for a week of all sort and then set about the Russian Squat Program again. Bloody cold back here in the UK!
Most of us would like to be leaner and become stronger or just plain want to have bigger muscles all round. I got back into weight train after a lot of years off with one purpose to negate the effects of getting older.
