Vintage Bodybuilding

How cool is this!!!

Vintage Squats at how-to-bodybuilding.com
Squating with bloodly big bombs!

Remember the symmetry of Frank Zane, the huge mass of Sergio Oliva and the overall perfection of Arnold Schwarzenegger?

Is this the look you want? Are these the guys you want to read about?

 If so then Click Here!!

Bodybuilding Golden era handstand

Old time bodybuilder handstand at how-to-bodybuilding.com
During the Golden Era and before bodybuilders would often perform feats balance or strength.
He has just got to be showing off to some girls at the bottom of the steps.
There is no way of telling if this guy hand walked all the way down. Either wat it is pretty inpressive.

Roman Chair

Wonder why you dont see these any more. I made on for my home gym. Roman Chair squats really blast your legs even with just bodyweight.

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Picture
Even at a young age those big guns of Arnolds where an impressive feature. This picture must have been taken long before Muscle Beach and the Golden Era.

Frank Zane

Picture
To be honest one of my own favorite. His symmetry and proportions always looked just ‘right’.  If I could pick a physique (Golden Era or present day) off the shelf it would be this one.
